CRYSTAL FALLS -- The Iron Area Health Foundation will sponsor its first Wellness Wednesday presentation of the 2026 fall season beginning at 5:30 p.m. today at Young's Recreational Complex.
The presenter for the event will be Dr. Linzi Saigh-Larsen.
The event is free and will include a free salad bar for all attendees. Individuals who are interested in attending the free event and salad bar can register by emailing Jill at jsabotta@experienceyoungs.com.
