Zombie Pub Crawl, Horror Ball set Saturday

MARQUETTE -- The zombies will be out in force on Saturday in downtown Marquette for the Zombie Pub Crawl and Horror Ball.
The crawl will begin at 5 p.m. Eastern time at Kognisjon. They will then head to Superior Culture, followed by Blossom Bird Bubble Tea, and end at the lower level Spring Street taproom of Ore Dock Brewing Company. The pub crawl will conclude at 8 p.m.
Attendees are free to go as they please from any of the venues.
"Dress up as a zombie or in costume and stalk from business to business right here in downtown Marquette," an organizer said.
Tickets are $25 and good for entry to either or both events; non-alcoholic beverages will be available at all venues.
The Zombie Pub Crawl is for ages 18-plus; however, attendees must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. Registration will be at Kognisjon Bryggeri, 1034 N. Third St.
A purchased wristband gets participants discounts on drinks at most of the venues. A variety of food trucks also will be available along the crawl.
The Horror Ball will be from 8 to 11 p.m. at Four Swords Retropub, downstairs in the arcade.
The ball is returning for its fifth year and welcomes ages 18 and older.
Everyone is encouraged to come in costume and dance the night away to Halloween music.
They will introduce "Terror-oke," with new karaoke of Halloween songs.
A costume contest will also take place offering prizes.
