Mackey makes move to DCHS Primary Care Center
IRON MOUNTAIN — Dickinson County Healthcare System has added Dr. Elizabeth Mackey at its Dickinson Primary Care Center.
As a family medicine provider, Mackey is board certified in emergency medicine and specializes in health care services for patients of all ages. Mackey has worked in health care for more than 20 years and after practicing in lower Michigan, she and her family moved to the Upper Peninsula in 2010 for “a better way of life.”
“After 20-plus years of providing emergency medicine, I am at a point in my career where I want to have long-term relationships with my patients,” Mackey said of the shift.
Originally from East Lansing, Mackey completed medical school at the Michigan State University College of Emergency Medicine and completed her residencies at MSU and Ingham Regional Medical Center.
The Dickinson Primary Care Center is in Suite 210 at 1711 S. Stephenson Ave. in Iron Mountain.
