Businesses can apply for relief funds
IRON MOUNTAIN — The Friends of the Downtown Development Authority is now accepting applications for the Downtown Business Relief Fund.
This fund was created to assist downtown small businesses that have been negatively affected by COVID-19.
The Friends of the DDA has raised about $6,000 for microgrants to qualified downtown small businesses.
Grants may be used for business-related operating costs, such as rent, utilities or toward development of an e-commerce site for the business.
