IRON RIVER — For the third consecutive year, Stephen Remondini was the top-producing real estate agent with Wild Rivers Realty & Associates Inc.

Remondini sold $10,171,367 in real estate during 2020, according to the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors statistics. During the year, he represented a total of 107 sides, 52 sides as the buyer’s agent and 55 sides as the seller’s agent.

“When Stephen approached me about becoming a realtor, I knew that he’d become a top-producing realtor in no time,” said Jill Ponozzo, broker/owner. 

Born and raised in Gaastra, Remondini graduated from West Iron County High School and then attended Gogebic Community College before pursuing a career in real estate in 2014. He has been a million-dollar producer every year, with more than $5 million in sales in 2018 and almost $7 million in sales in 2019.

He continued his education in 2020 to earn his real estate brokers license, with the goal of becoming a broker/owner.

A featured realtor in February’s issue of the national Top Agent Magazine, he said, “I sell it all. I’ve sold everything from vacant lots, vacation homes, commercial buildings, residential homes, and private lakes.”

He credits his customers for his results, saying, “If you do well by your clients, they will take care of you in return.”
