IRON MOUNTAIN –Stephens Real Estate of Iron Mountain was named 2020’s Top-Selling Real Estate Company by the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors, which ranked 19 offices and 13 firms in the greater Iron Mountain area, based on sales volume and units sold in 2020.

This is the 12th straight year Stephens has garnered the number one slot, breaking records both locally and within their company.

“We had 349 transactions totaling $46 million, an increase of more than 20 percent from 2019 — 2020 was the most productive year ever in our 42-year history, despite having to halt business temporarily due to COVID-19,” a company spokeswoman said. “Those challenges inspired us to find better ways to help people buy and sell property safely. We are thrilled, proud and very grateful to the community for their ongoing trust in us.”

Additionally, Stephens broker/owner Ryan Gordon earned the title of Top-Selling Area Realtor for the third year in a row, with 152 transactions totaling more than $20 million. This success also placed him among the top 1% of all agents in the entire Upper Peninsula. Three other agents at Stephens ranked among the Top 20 Area Realtors: Betsy Sawicky with $8.2 million in sales and Dawn Margoni and Troy Margoni, both with $4.4 million in sales.
