IRON MOUNTAIN –Ryan Gordon, owner and broker of Stephens Real Estate in Iron Mountain, has just earned his RENE certification from the National Association of Realtors.

RENE, which stands for Real Estate Negotiation Expert, is a program that gives realtors tips and tools to be skillful advocates for clients.

Gordon completed coursework designed to improve his negotiating skills, including how to handle a wide range of personalities and situations and how to sort out competing objectives in a transaction.

Licensed as a broker in both Michigan and Wisconsin, Gordon has been the area’s top-producing real estate agent for the past five years, including $25.4 million in sales in 2022. He was voted U.P.’s Best Real Estate Agent for 2021 and 2022 and was named U.P. Businessperson of the Year for 2022 by Upper Peninsula Business Today.
