IRON MOUNTAIN — CCI Systems Inc. has announced the sale of the Network Solutions Group business, a provider of networking services, to ePlus inc.

With more than 70 years of experience in the broadband, communications and energy industries, CCI will continue to deliver telecommunications, comprehensive outside plant assessments and consultation, engineering and design services.

Additionally, CCI provides outside plant upgrades, maintenance, fusion splicing, project management, managed cybersecurity, IT services, managed WIFI, network monitoring and end-user technical-support.

“We are pleased that NSG is joining forces with ePlus. It is a great outcome for both employees and customers who will benefit from ePlus’ wider array of offerings,” said John Jamar, CEO and president of CCI. “We are proud of what NSG has built over the past 20 years and look forward to a continuing partnership between CCI and ePlus.”

“ePlus has a long track record in the Service Provider space, and this acquisition will help us further expand our national presence in this important end-market and capture the federal government’s broadband funding initiatives,” said Mark Marron, ePlus CEO and president.

The divestiture of certain CCI Systems assets closed April 30. Terms were not disclosed.
