IRON MOUNTAIN — Will Fairchild has joined Leeds Real Estate in Iron Mountain as an agent.

Fairchild is a lifelong resident of Iron Mountain. He graduated from Iron Mountain High School and is pursuing a degree in mechatronics, a field that merges mechanical engineering and electronics. He started college classes as a sophomore in high school and on track to complete his degree next spring.

With four years of carpentry experience, Fairchild offers clients knowledge on the intricate processes in remodeling and refurbishing houses. Additionally, he manages a commercial real estate complex and owns an AirBnB, both in Iron Mountain, reflecting his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to local community.

A member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Niagara, Wis., Fairchild finds solace and inspiration in his faith. In his leisure time, he pursues interests that include weightlifting, riding dirt bikes, restoring classic cars and especially fishing.
