AMIDIE RIVARD

IRON MOUNTAIN — Amidie Rivard has joined Leeds Real Estate in Iron Mountain as an agent.

Rivard is a lifelong resident of the area, graduating from Iron Mountain High School in 1996. In college, she majored in business administration with a minor in accounting.

In 2009, Rivard worked part-time at the former Sandra Kayes Tax & Accounting. That experience led in January 2015 to opening her own business, Affordable Tax & Accounting, which she successfully operated for eight years.

A Kingsford resident, Rivard has two children, Jordan and Ryleigh. Jordan is a CAD technician at Systems Control, while Ryleigh is a junior at Kingsford High School. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, being out on the water watching her kids doing watersports, traveling, or indulging her hobby of flipping houses.

Whether navigating the complexities of taxes or real estate, Rivard is well-equipped with the expertise to assist her clients.

Rivard is a member of the Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
