NIAGARA, Wis. — S.C. Swiderski has opened its SCS Niagara apartment site at 865 Coolidge Ave. in Niagara.

The newest in apartment homes in the city is on a 5-acre parcel on the corner of Coolidge Avenue and Ford Court. It features four multi-family buildings for a total of 44 market-rate apartment homes.

The site offers seven different floor plans of two and three bedrooms to accommodate different housing preferences. Residents have the option of upper level or main level living. All apartment homes are equipped with private entrances, private laundry and a private deck or patio.

Rent includes a parking garage, heat, water, snow removal, lawn care and high-speed internet. The apartment homes are pet friendly for cats and dogs and feature green space throughout the site.
