IRON MOUNTAIN -- Troy Margoni, a Realtor with Stephens Real Estate in Iron Mountain, recently earned several professional credentials through the National Association of Realtors.
Margoni was awarded Seller Representative Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative designations and a Commitment to Excellence endorsement.
To earn his SRS credential, Margoni was required to undertake comprehensive coursework in seller representation and possess significant expertise working with sellers.
The ABR curriculum involved Margoni completing specialized elective training and substantiate his long record of representing buyers.
The C2EX program sets the standard for being a professional Realtor, and Margoni demonstrated knowledge and competency in 10 core areas.
"Troy's achievements enhance his ability to serve as a skilled advisor and trusted advocate for both buyers and sellers, at the highest standards of ethics and professionalism," Stephens' broker/owner Ryan Gordon said.
A lifelong Crystal Falls resident, Margoni is a multi-million-dollar producer with more than eight years of experience. In his spare time, he is president of the UP Sportswriters and Sportscasters Association, a Forest Park School Board member and a play-by-play announcer for Forest Park and West Iron County high school sports on WIKB-FM in Iron River.
