Stephens Real Estate celebrates completion of building remodel

IRON MOUNTAIN -- Stephens Real Estate underwent a whole-building remodel and recently had a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce to celebrate.

Stephens Real Estate was founded in 1979 by Jerry Stephens, who vowed to make exceptional client care a priority.

Associate brokers Sally Blom and Maddy Tousignant became co-owners of Stephens Real Estate in 1983 and over the years have partnered with the Better Homes and Gardens and GMAC Real Estate franchises.

Broker Ryan Gordon became the sole owner of the business in 2019 and currently oversees 15 full-time agents and four support staff.

Stephens Real Estate was named the chamber's Small Business of the Year in 2021, was voted Best Real Estate Office in the Upper Peninsula in 2021 and 2022 by Upper Peninsula Business Today and has been named the area's Top-Selling Office by Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors every year since 2009.

Stephens Real Estate's building at 1320 Carpenter Ave. in Iron Mountain underwent major interior and exterior renovations from 2021 to 2023 and they were proud to officially unveil the results to chamber members and ambassadors.
