IRON RIVER — Stephen Remondini was the 2023 top-producing real estate agent in Iron County for 2023, according to Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors statistics.

Remondini sold $11,288,960 in real estate during 2023. For the year, he represented a total of 129.5, representing the buyer and/or seller in a transaction.

Born and raised in Gaastra, Remondini started his real estate career in 2014 and has been a million-dollar producer every year since, holding the top spot for the past five consecutive years.

Remondini recently obtained his Wisconsin Realtors license in 2023, expanding his market in Vilas, Forest and Florence counties. In 2019, he earned his real estate brokers license, expanding his knowledge on local and national real estate law, especially when it comes to negotiating, marketing, and contracts. Many buyers and sellers prefer to work directly with brokers because brokers typically have more experience and knowledge about real estate than the average agent.

As top producer for Wild Rivers Realty & Associates, Remondini said, “I sell it all. I’ve sold everything from vacant lots, vacation homes, commercial buildings, residential homes, and private lakes.”

The bulk of his business, Remondini added, comes from repeat clients and referrals.

“There is a waterfall effect. I sold one person a cabin, then ended up selling them their retirement home, and then sold homes to about six of their friends,” Remondini said. “If you do well by your clients, they will take care of you in return.”
