IRON MOUNTAIN — Stephens Real Estate has acquired Wild Rivers Realty, which has offices in Iron Mountain, Iron River and Florence, Wis.

“Stephens has been serving the residents of Florence and Iron counties for many years, so having a physical presence there was the next natural progression,” said Ryan Gordon, broker and owner of Stephens Real Estate. “This growth positions Stephens as one of the top real estate firms in the entire Upper Peninsula, not only in sales volume but in number of agents.”

Coming from Wild Rivers Realty are Associate Brokers Chase Erickson, Jill Ponozzo and Stephen Remondini; Realtors Sarah Waterbury-Hernandez and Kerstyn Burke; and office managers Laura Harvath and Stacy Sucholl.

Wild Rivers Realty was established in Florence in 1995 by Chase Erickson. In 2023, the company had a combined $41.6 million in sales volume, with 311 closed transactions across their three locations.

Stephens Real Estate is marking its 45th anniversary in 2024 and is now the largest independently owned brokerage in the area. They have been ranked as the MLS’ top-selling area office every year since 2009, including $58.5 million in sales volume and 325 closed transactions in 2023.

In addition to Stephens’ main office in Iron Mountain, their two new branch offices are at 727 Central Ave. in Florence and 426 N. Cedar Ave. in Iron River.
