IRON MOUNTAIN — Taylor Lindholm, an agent with Stephens Real Estate’s Iron Mountain office, recently earned two professional credentials through the National Association of Realtors.

To earn her Accredited Buyer Representative credential, Lindholm completed a series of courses covering various aspects of buyer representation, negotiation strategies and market trends, as well as fulfilling the requirement of practical experience.

Her At Home With Diversity certification was awarded after she successfully finished an eight-hour course addressing issues of diversity, fair housing and cultural differences.

“In the short time Taylor has been a part of the Stephens team, she has really impressed me with her desire to learn more in her field,” said Ryan Gordon, broker and owner of Stephens Real Estate.
