IRON MOUNTAIN — Betsy Sawicky, an associate broker with Stephens Real Estate, recently earned certification as a real estate divorce specialist after completing a program offered by the Residential Real Estate Council.

Much of Sawicky’s training focused on the legal aspects of selling properties through a divorce as well as the emotional challenges.

“Divorcing couples are going through one of the most stressful times in their lives and need all the help they can get,” Sawicky said.
