IRON MOUNTAIN -Three realtors with Superior Realty Inc. of Iron Mountain have been named million dollar producers for 2014.

Ryan Gordon, a Michigan realtor, has earned the Million Dollar Producer award for the second consecutive year. This also earned him the spot as the top producing agent for Superior Realty.

“The fact that Ryan has achieved this level of success shows his dedication and commitment to excellence in 2014,” a spokesperson said.

Gordon credits his strong communication skills and a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Ferris State University for his success in helping his clients reach their goals. He also expressed his appreciation to all of his clients for his success.

Connie Sutton, a Michigan realtor, has also earned the Million Dollar Producer award for the second year in a row and is the number two top producing agent for Superior Realty. By reaching this milestone, she works to bring the highest level of service her clients know they can expect from her.

Sutton joined Superior Realty in 2007, and has more than 14 years experience as a realtor. She is a member of the Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR) which helps her to provide the most up-to-date information.

She also credits her clients for helping her achieve this milestone.

Greta Michaud is the co-owner/broker of Superior Realty and has consistently earned the Million Dollar Producer award year after year. She has 25 years of real estate experience and is the number three top producing agent for Superior Realty.

Michaud is a broker in both Michigan and Wisconsin and has earned multiple professional real estate designations including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Real Estate Cyber Space (RECS) and Real Estate Alumni of Michigan (RAM).

Michaud attributes her success to her real estate knowledge and education and making quality service her main objective.
