Niagara Telephone changes name to Nsight Teleservices

NIAGARA, Wis. – After joining the Nsight family of companies in January of last year, Niagara Telephone will continue its integration with an official name change.

Effective Sunday, Niagara Telephone began operating as Nsight Telservices.

“Customers can continue to expect the same commitment to extraordinary customer care that they have always received,” said Bob Webb, vice president of fixed operations and technical projects for Nsight Telservices.

“Over the years Niagara Telephone has grown and expanded and today it is much more than a phone company,” Webb said.

“We strive to be a trusted, competitively priced provider of high-speed Internet, HDTV and phone service. The transition to the new name reflects that Niagara Telephone is a part of the Nsight family of companies,” he said.

The name change will have little impact on customers.

The billing cycle will change and customers will receive a new account number.

Checks should be made payable to Nsight Telservices beginning March 1 and can still be mailed or dropped at off at the office located at 1133 Main St. Niagara, WI 54151.

Nsight is the parent company of Cellcom, Nsight Telservices and Lakefield. The family of companies provides complete telecommunications services, including wireless and fiber-based services to residential and business customers, and tower erection and maintenance services in Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
