EAGLE RIVER, Wis. -Brad Kowieski has been hired as a new vice president and business development officer for the State Bank of Florence.

Kowieski will be based in the Eagle River branch and will lead the bank’s commercial loan team, business development efforts, and assist bank leadership in operational growth.

Kowieski comes to the State Bank of Florence with more than 15 years business experience in financial services and technology, most recently as vice president of strategy and business development for RMM Solutions of Wausau, Wis.

In the past he performed work with The Heck Group at Smith Barney and McGladrey & Pullen.
