DDA unveils logo, website with a new look
IRON MOUNTAIN — The Iron Mountain Downtown Development Authority has redesigned their logo and website, which showcases a fresh look for the organization, officials said.
“The DDA’s mission is to create a vibrant downtown in Iron Mountain by promoting economic growth through organizing community events, attracting new businesses and advancing the beautification and historic preservation within the district,” (who said this?) And their ultimate goal is to create a flourishing, historic downtown destination in Iron Mountain.
“We are proud and excited to present a new brand identity for Iron Mountain Downtown, including a new logo, color palette, and website. The DDA has grown and evolved, and we felt it was the right time to rollout a fresh look.” said Paula Craven, DDA program director.
The new brand will be carried out throughout downtown, including new street banners this year.
The Downtown Development Authority is responsible for local events including Italian Fest, Oktoberfest, Out to Lunch, the Farmers’ Market, as well as programs and initiatives to improve the downtown district.
