Loker named senior VP, senior branch manager at First National Bank & Trust

IRON MOUNTAIN — First National Bank & Trust has promoted Tammie Loker to senior vice president/senior branch manager.

Loker began her career at First National Bank & Trust in 1984 as a part-time accounting assistant before becoming a full-time accounting clerk in 1986. She moved to a teller position in 1988 and became teller supervisor in 1995.

After being promoted to branch supervisor at the downtown Iron Mountain location in 1997, she was named a bank officer in 1998. She was promoted to assistant vice president in 2010, followed by a promotion to vice president and branch manager in 2017.

“Tammie’s leadership and knowledge has been invaluable to the bank throughout her years as a dedicated employee,” said David Kashian, president and CEO of First National Bank & Trust. “We are very pleased to have an individual of this caliber as part of our Senior Management Team.”

In addition to specializing in personal banking customer service, Loker volunteers for many First National Bank & Trust community events and activities, as well as being involved with fundraising activities for the Aurora Volunteer Fire Department. She resides with her husband, Arden, in Aurora, Wis.

Chartered in 1887, First National Bank & Trust is among the oldest and largest independently owned banks in the Upper Peninsula. It has seven locations in Iron Mountain, Kingsford, Menominee and Iron River, along with a wealth management office in Marquette.
