Mossbrooks joins mPower Innovations

IRON MOUNTAIN — Scott Mossbrooks has joined the executive team at mPower Innovations as vice president of business development.

Mossbrooks is an electrical engineer and brings over 32 years of utility experience and has spent the majority of his career selling and implementing advanced metering infrastructures, demand-side management programs, communication systems, geographic information systems, outage management and billing systems. Most recently, he has been working with utilities to increase their cybersecurity.

Throughout his career, Mossbrooks has been an invited speaker at industry conferences and has published several papers. In addition, he has received many awards and accolades, including a 2010 induction into a Meter School Hall of Fame. He also co-developed one of the first cellular-based AMR systems units.
