Chamber, Venue 906 have ribbon cutting for new outdoor patio area

Venue 906, which opened a full-service event hall in Kingsford in 2021, recently added a new outdoor patio area complete with a bar.
KINGSFORD — Venue 906 and Vagabonds Bar recently celebrated the opening of their new patio area with a Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting.
Venue 906 is owned by Lori and Brad Staedt, who converted the former Lake Shore Systems Inc. property at 900 W. Breitung Ave. in Kingsford into a full-service event hall. Among its features are bride and groom suites, a full commercial kitchen, main hall space, indoor bar space and outdoor patio complete with a bar. The facility opened in 2021 and has seating for up to 500 guests.
Venue 906 can host weddings, Christmas parties, corporate meetings, fundraising events, bridal expos and more.
They also have events such as comedy night, music performances and dinner theatre.
They are open to the public every Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and serve food and drinks, with live music and entertainment.
