KINGSFORD — CJ Graphics is celebrating 40 years of providing high-quality printing services to local businesses in Upper Michigan and northern Wisconsin.
Founded in 1985 by Tom and Patti Carlson, the business has grown steadily, operating out of its expanded location at 121 S. Carpenter Ave. in Kingsford.
Since 2003, the company has been owned by their daughter, Nicole Lutz, who brings a business degree from Northern Michigan University. CJ Graphics continues to evolve with new technology and expanded services.
“We’re excited and grateful to our community and customers. By supporting us, we’re able to continue to support our community,” Lutz said.
A true “one-stop shop,” CJ Graphics offers commercial offset printing, signs, banners, vehicle graphics, decals, screen-printed and embroidered apparel, and a wide range of promotional products. Their motto: “We Do That.”

With a dedicated team of employees — including skilled graphic designers, certified vinyl installers and an accounting background — CJ Graphics takes pride in its customer-focused approach.
“We wear a lot of hats, so everybody here does multiple jobs. We all pitch in and do what we need to give the customer what they want and on time,” Lutz said.
“We have a great crew, truly the best team,” she continued. “We work hard for our customers‚ we care about their business and their goals.”
