Chamber celebrates Peninsula Title remodeling of IM office

IRON MOUNTAIN — Peninsula Title Agency Inc. recently marked a remodeling of the Iron Mountain office with a Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Mike and Kari Divine, owners of Peninsula Title Agency, bought the business in Crystal Falls in 2016, then opened their Iron Mountain office in the summer of 2022.
Peninsula Title Agency provides title insurance, title searches, real estate and loan closings and 1031 Exchange services throughout the western Upper Peninsula.
They are agents for Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, according to the Peninsula Title Agency website. They also are members of the American Land Title Association and Michigan Land Title Association.
