IRON MOUNTAIN — Stephens Real Estate has announced a strategic restructuring, highlighted by the promotion of several key team members into expanded leadership roles.
These changes position the company for future growth and expansion opportunities, according to a Stephens Real Estate news release.
— Jayna Huotari has been promoted to operations manager and will oversee the administrative staff across all three offices, manage marketing initiatives and lead community outreach efforts. Huotari joined the Stephens team in 2008 as marketing specialist and is a resident of Iron Mountain. She also is president of the Rotary Club of Iron Mountain-Kingsford and a trustee on the Menominee Range Historical Foundation Board of Governors.
— Kerstyn Burke has been promoted to listing coordinator and will be responsible for maintaining and managing all properties listed with Stephens, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination throughout the listing process. Burke will continue as office manager of the Iron River location in addition to her new role. She joined Stephens in 2024 and lives in Iron River, where she is Daisy Girl Scout leader and helps out the Iron River Volunteer Fire Department.
— Laura Harvath has been promoted to title coordinator, a role designed to streamline communication and ensure successful closings. She will serve as a dedicated point of contact for both clients and title companies, helping facilitate clear communication, timely documentation, and efficient transaction management. Harvath will also continue to handle office management of the Florence, Wis., location. An Aurora, Wis., resident, she is active in the community and enjoys being a volunteer fundraiser for Aurora’s Park and Recreation.
