Menards home improvement stores will again serve as a donation drop site for a local animal shelter for two full months, starting Saturday through Sept. 30.
Menards' Pet & Wildlife Department has a wide variety of pet supplies that can be purchased for a local shelter, including food, treats, feeders, collars, beds, storage containers, mats and more. A large collection box for donations has been set up near the exit doors at Menards.
"We're pleased that we're able to participate in such a wonderful event as we hope to lend a helping hand to the community," Menards states in a news release.
In the Upper Peninsula, Menards has locations at 3300 Ludington St. in Escanaba and 3445 U.S. 41 in Marquette.
