Beef cattle to be focus of MSU-UP center tour

CHATHAM — The Michigan State University-Upper Peninsula Research and Extension Center will host a Twilight Tour of South Farm beef cattle, grazing and grain projects to highlight these commodities and ongoing research from 5 to 8 p.m. Eastern time Wednesday, Aug. 20, at MSU-UPREC, E3774 University Drive in Chatham. The event is free to attend and will begin with a dinner featuring beef from the UPREC herd of Wagyu cattle.
