Robotics at Florence library
Have you thought about teaching your child coding with robots? On Saturday at 10 a.m., the Florence County Library will host a robotics open house for kids. Dot & Dash are hands-on learning tools specifically designed for grades K-5. Combined with a suite of apps, they teach logic and allow children to make the robots move, flash lights, make sounds, and even respond to objects around them. The robots can draw, bowl, shoot balls and even play music. There will be a few more surprises along the way. Children will then be able to try out this new technology and start coding. Please contact Stephanie Weber, library director at 715-528-3094 with questions. Pictured are Weston Gruss, left, and Finn Gruss.
