Norway YAC develops Knight Kloset at Youth Asset Celebration

NORWAY – The Norway Youth Advisory Committee recently attended the 19th annual Youth Asset Celebration, a leadership program at Bay College West in Iron Mountain sponsored by the Dickinson-Iron Healthy Youth Coalition that included seven area schools.

The Norway YAC chose to develop the new Knights Kloset, which will provide essential items for early kindergarten through first grade in case of accidents during the school day, plus personal hygiene items for middle and high school students.

Attending were Brett Houle, Emily St. Vincent, Mary Slagle, Trevor Dapoz and Taylor Wheeler as presenters. YAC members were Alex Heigl, Anna Karkanen, Camie Clark, Carson Lagina, Jessica LaCount, Josh Gendron, Kasse Kay, Kody Hendricks, Kylie Adams, Paige Chartier and Ada Van Holla.
