IRON MOUNTAIN — A Kingsford man facing felony charges for reportedly having sexual contact with a 9-year-old girl has pleaded not guilty in Dickinson County Circuit Court.

David James Streckert, 42, will return to court Jan. 8 for a pre-trial conference on three counts of criminal sexual conduct-second degree, a 15-year felony.

The sexual contact reportedly happened between May and July in Kingsford.
