IRON MOUNTAIN — A report of masked gunmen at the Iron Mountain Walmart store Monday afternoon turned out to be a hoax, Iron Mountain Police Department officials said.

Someone from out of the country made the report over the phone, prompting officers to respond to the store before determining it was a false call, officials said.
