FLORENCE, Wis. — We Energies will begin refilling the reservoir upstream from the Pine Hydroelectric Power Plant near Florence this week.

The reservoir will be slowly refilled back to the normal operating elevation. The refill rate and timing is dependent upon precipitation runoff but is expected to return to normal levels by April 2019.

Due to fluctuating water levels, ice conditions will be unstable.
