Michigan agency hosts town hall on drinking water
LANSING — The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy is hosting a Michigan Safe Drinking Water Virtual Town Hall that will be live streamed for the Upper Peninsula at 6 p.m. Eastern time today.
The event will provide information on sampling conducted in communities to test for lead in drinking water.
It will include a presentation by staff from EGLE and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and allow time to answer questions submitted online.
