IRON MOUNTAIN — An overnight winter parking ban is in effect, said Iron Mountain Director of Police and Fire Services Ed Mattson.

It prohibits parking vehicles on streets, alleys and city-owned parking lots between the hours of 2 a.m. and 7 a.m.

Motorists who are issued citations must pay their fines within three days or the amount will increase.
