The Dickinson Area Community Foundation, along with affiliate Norway Area Community Foundation, recently awarded a $250 mini-grant to the Norway-Vulcan Middle School. The funds will be used to set up a comfortable place to read and relax in the middle school library. This project is being spearheaded by two sixth grade students, Anna deBidart and Joey Bourg. The community foundation’s mini grant program is available throughout the year and is funded by donations and fund raising events.
