KINGSFORD — Due to Covid-19, Habitat for Humanity Menominee River in Kingsford has rescheduled its 18th annual “Raise the Roof” golf outing to Thursday, July 30. The outing will remain at the TimberStone Golf Course.

The $135 per golfer or $500 per foursome entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, cart, lunch, dinner, games and prizes.

This is a 4-person scramble event with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. They are planning a putting contest beginning at noon

There will be lots of prizes and on-course games. All funds raised from this event stay in the community and will be used to fund a home repair program. This program helps income- qualified homeowners to perform needed repairs on their homes.
