Mini-grant for Journey

The Dickinson Area Community Foundation, along with affiliates Norway Area Community Foundation and Crystal Falls Area Community Foundation, recently awarded a $250 mini-grant to U.P. Wildlife Rehabilitation. The funds will be used to assist in providing food for Journey, the educational owl. Journey and handler/permit holder Phyllis Carlson of Quinnesec have been providing educational programs in the community and local schools for 20 years.
