IRON MOUNTAIN –The Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce has a raffle going on just in time for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.

“We are partnering with local businesses to offer a raffle to the community,” said Suzanne Larson, chamber executive director. “Currently we are seeking businesses that would like to donate items to us or to make a themed basket to donate to the chamber. We will gather the donated items and raffle each of four themed baskets: dining out basket, pamper basket, green thumb basket and shop-a-holic basket. We will fit your donated items into these four baskets, just in time for Mother’s Day and again for Father’s Day.”

Tickets are available for $20 each from the chamber Ambassadors and board of directors members as well as online at www.dickinsonchamber.com.

Larson added, “We were fortunate to partner with Erickson Jewelers to culminate the Mother’s Day raffle with a one-of-a-kind exclusive jewelry piece. It is a 14-carat, two-tone designer necklace with a 1.25 count genuine blue zircon, accented by almost 1 carat of diamonds on a 14-carat, two-tone omega chain. The pendant is created by Frank Reubel Designs, which is sold exclusively at Erickson Jewelers and valued at $5,000.

“I want to thank Randy and Sherri Erickson for their amazing and generous donation to our fundraising efforts.”

Any business owner who would like to donate for the raffles can contact Larson at slarson@dickinsonchamber.com or call her at 906-828-3389 for more information.
