Lake Antoine Park Partners and Dickinson County Parks will host its annual Spring Park Clean Up from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.

A variety of tasks will be available, including raking, weeding, litter and stick pick up, and more, all aimed at getting the park ready to open. Those coming out should bring gloves, rakes and hand tools if available. Water and snacks will be provided.

The group also have a selection of Lake Antoine Park T-shirts, sweatshirts and caps available for purchase at the event. Bring a friend, bring family and enjoy being a part of the park.

Information and sign-in will happen near the new kiosk and band shell near the main park entrance off Quinnesec Lake Antoine Road. While work can be done in light rain, the event will be postponed to May 22 if really unfavorable weather develops.
