As Fourth of July falls on Sunday this year, Monday will be a federal postal holiday for Independence Day. With no mail delivery, the Daily News will not publish a paper Monday. The Daily News office will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday. The normal publishing schedule will resume Tuesday.
