“Bob the Butterfly” was sent on his way Monday morning at the Iron Mountain-Kingsford Community Schools North Elementary Childcare Center in Iron Mountain. Kalli Proudfit had brought the monarch caterpillar into class about three weeks ago and the students have been feeding it milkweed and watching it go through the transformation from caterpillar to chrysalis to butterfly.
