CRYSTAL FALLS -- A 22-year-old suspect from Green Bay, Wis. was lodged Wednesday at the Iron County Jail after a police pursuit through three Upper Peninsula counties.
State police from the Iron Mountain post began the pursuit at about 6 p.m. Wednesday after responding to a report of a vehicle stolen in Crystal Falls at the Trojan Gas convenience store.
The chase crossed from Iron County into Dickinson County and ended on eastern M-69 in Menominee County after the driver lost control of the vehicle, state police said.
No injuries were reported.
State police were assisted by the Dickinson County Sheriff's Office, Menominee County Sheriff's Department, Delta County Sheriff's Department, Hannahville Tribal Police Department and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources.
