State: Only one more virus case in Dickinson, none in Iron
State data Friday showed Iron County with no new confirmed COVID-19 positives since Wednesday and Dickinson County with only one.
Menominee County had a jump of 28 cases, but the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services coronavirus website explained it was adding 825 confirmed positives into the state numbers “due to a backlog of previously unreported historic test results received and processed” Thursday. So some of the Menominee County cases could be older.
