The Salvation Army Bread of Life Assistance Center of Dickinson County Director Tara Blagec and case manager Jennifer Witte load Easter baskets that were delivered Monday to the Felch Township and Foster City areas. In total, the Salvation Army filled 100 children’s baskets Monday and Tuesday in Dickinson County, as well as 30 baskets for veteran and elderly clients.
