The Breitung Township Fire Department will host an open house during trick-or-treat hours from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the fire station in Quinnesec. They will have children’s games, candy, hot dogs, chili, cider, coffee and cocoa. There will also be a station to learn how to use a fire extinguisher and hose, as well as the smokehouse. Tadych’s Marketplace Foods of Iron Mountain and Vollwerth donated all the hot dogs and buns for the event. From left are Tadych’s Guest Service Manager Cassie Koller, BTFD Lt.
