IRON MOUNTAIN -- Dickinson County Sheriff Scott Rutter has issued his monthly report for June.
The road patrol served 59 civil process papers, investigated 162 complaints, handled 25 accidents, issued 21 citations and 92 verbal warnings, made 14 arrests, five of which were for outstanding warrants, completed 141 property checks, made one prisoner transport, made two prison transports to Marquette and a mental health transport to Marquette.
The correctional center had 65 bookings, with an average daily booking of two and an average daily population of 55.
The dispatch center handled 1,821 911 calls, 3,057 non-911 calls, 2,219 calls for law enforcement service, 530 calls for ambulance service, and 57 calls for fire service.
Forty-five individuals were assigned to the work van in June, totaling 270 hours at the sheriff's office and courthouse, Lake Antoine, Camp Molinare, Sawyer Lake Park, Holy Spirit School and the Dickinson-Iron Community Services Agency.
