ESCANABA — Bay College is hosting Michigan Reconnect and Rapid Enrollment Information Sessions at the Escanaba and Iron Mountain campuses on Tuesday, at 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. local times.

This is a chance for anyone interested in attending college to learn more about the Michigan Reconnect Program, applying for college, and to get their questions answered. The Michigan Reconnect and Rapid Enrollment Day will be broken up into two 30-minute sessions hosted by Bay College staff who will share information about the program, steps in applying for college and financial aid, and the campus support services available at Bay College.

A live Zoom session is also scheduled for Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Eastern time. To attend this virtual event, please contact 906-217-4010 to sign up and receive the link.

The program is through the state of Michigan and offers qualifying Michigan residents free or discounted tuition. Qualifying applicants must be a resident of Michigan for a year or more, be 25 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or GED, and have not yet completed an associate or bachelor’s degree.
