A Gene’s Towing & Recovery employee prepares to hook up to a car that was involved in a crash Wednesday afternoon with a buggy driven by an Amish family, as a woman who was riding in the buggy checks the carriage. In addition to the woman, two young girls were inside the buggy at the time of the crash. The crash took place on M-35 in Gladstone, on the hill just southeast of the John & Melissa Besse Sports Park. Minor injuries were reported.
